Clear terms for every lesson

Booking, rescheduling, punctuality, and package renewals are set out here so you know exactly what to expect before your first class with Isa.

Lessons are 50-minute private sessions. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a lesson; later changes may not be possible. Packages of variable quantity renew every 28 days, and the renewal terms are shown at checkout. Please arrive on time, with a stable internet connection and a quiet space for your session.

For online sessions, a laptop or tablet with a working camera and microphone is recommended, and a headset helps with clear sound. If you need to discuss a policy before booking, use Ask Isa or the contact details on the FAQ page and Isa will reply to you directly.
